Included with the case are a new red microfiber polishing cloth, 2 extra Rico cane reeds, neck strap, cleaned pad saver, and Evette-schaeffer mouthpiece w/buffet-crampon ligature cap, plastic over reed. Research indicates that this Evette-schaeffer alto is believed to be built by Alfredo santoni in italy.

Its been cleaned and adjusted, plays great with a well rounded, smooth tone on the included buffet-crampon mouthpiece. Cosmetically, there are no dents, a couple very mild dings on the bell, some finish wear overall, and little scuffing/scratches back of body see pics video.
