Sax serial #h51006. The Conn case has seen a lot of gigs, but is clean, sturdy, and fully functional. The inverted trident emblem and the red accents have been added - these can be easily removed it you wish. Corking and felts have been replaced where needed the springs show quick response.
Vintage 1966 Conn 16m director shooting stars tenor sax with new asian 6 gold metal mouthpiece and Conn case. Cosmetically, there are no major dent, plenty of dings, and finish wear including scuffs scratches. The inner bell lip and the bow guard have refinished with a brushed/brass look see video pictures for more details. 2 pads have been replaced and the rest are in good to very playing condition.
This tenor has been cleaned and adjusted. Included with the case are a new red microfiber polishing cloth, bag white neck strap, black plastic end plug, and asian 6 gold metal mouthpiece w/leather ligature, cap, Rico plastic over reed recommended. She plays great with a clean, full tone on the included new asian mouthpiece.
