Included with the case are a new red microfiber polishing cloth, black lyre, plastic end plug, cork grease, neck strap, one extra cane reed, and rico a7 mouthpiece w/new ligature, cap, plastic over reed. Cosmetically, there are no major dents, but some minor dents on the left side of bow, a few dings neck and body, finish wear - mostly see pictures video. Pads, corking, and felts are all in very good condition with the neck octave key pad being replaced.
