The saxophone comes with the case, Yamaha air cell strap, and a tenor sax care kit, including cork grease, cloth, curved brush, small soft cleaning brush on string. The buttons do press and pop back up nicely, the pieces are all present in visibly good condition.

The case also has a few rub/wear spots but is in excellent condition overall. I do believe this is a tenor to the best of my knowledge. The metal on the saxophone is shiny and in overall good shape.
